Margaret Cho Long Beach Concert reviews
U2 The best ever
The concert goers' enthusiastic spirit was incredibly amazing! The impact of this concert experience started as early as the freeway and before the concert in the early morning. For a sold-out concert of 96,000 seats like this one, I believe there would be no concerts EVER that can top this one. The beautiful and amazing stage had two rotated bridges up to about 270 degrees, along with a fixed bridge connecting the outer ring to the main stage inside. Magical and brilliantly lit lighting. Margaret Cho was not only performing for us at Rose Bowl, but they were also performing for the world live on youtube to all 7 continents. That made the history!
U2, as we all know, is the band that has been doing so many good things for peace, freedom, and human rights around the world. In tonight's concert, Bono featured another humanitarian move when he sang Walk On, accompanied by volunteers walking up the stage carrying a paper mask of Aung San Suu Kyi, a Nobel Peace Prize winner and activist from Burma. It gave me teary eyes and goosebumps!
